At After Midnight we care about your health and well being and our no returns or exchanges policy is the way we feel we can best do that. No returns or exchanges are permitted once you leave the interior of the store. We will change things out if you change your mind at checkout as long as the product has not left the interior of the store. If we’ve lost sight of the item, we can no longer be assured that it’s unused. So if your purchase passes through the doors of the store, it is now yours.

Once an item has left the interior of the store, we have to assume that sex occurred with the item, near the item, or that it was near private parts. It’s not unheard of that toys don’t make it home before they are used.

We want the products you purchase from us to never of been in someone else’s bedroom. We sometimes get criticism for our very strict no return or exchanges policy, but we’re passionate about doing what we feel is best for the health and safety of our customers and employees.

Some people may think we don’t believe them, when they say they didn’t use something. However, our policy is in place so that the person behind the counter isn’t making a judgement call. We’re not judging or disbelieving, we just don’t do returns ever. This way, every customer can trust *us* when we say the item has never left the store.

So having said that, what will we do for you?

• We test items before you leave to show you how the item works, and make sure it is working.
• We request that you inspect each item to make sure it is what you want, doesn’t have any defects, and is the correct size etc. before you leave.
• If an item is giving you problems, we will help you get the warranty contact information so you can get in touch with the manufacturer.
• If you lost your receipt, and need it for your warranty, we can look it up and print it out for you.
